REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KINI, we aim for customer satisfaction with every purchase. Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.

 

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email info@kinibrand.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped to:
Carrer del Poligon, 49, 46960 Aldaia, Valencia, Spain


RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages


REFUNDS

  • We do not issue monetary refunds
  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit (gift card)
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original tags


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are purchasing from a European Union country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the deadline by emailing info@kinibrand.com, including your order number and a clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging), we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, including original shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits) is excluded from the right of withdrawal if the hygienic seal has been removed, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
