REFUND POLICY
At KINI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are now accepted under the following conditions:
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@kinibrand.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Once approved, the item must be sent to:
Carrer del Poligon, 49, 46960 Aldaia, Valencia, Spain
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
REFUNDS
- No monetary refunds are issued
- Approved returns will be refunded via store credit (gift card)
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Washed items
- Items without original tags
